Have you tried every dieting programme which has failed to deliver the results you were looking to achieve, or did you find buying into the programmes quite expensive. I know dieting can be confusing and expensive to follow but if you are serious about losing body weight & staying healthy then just follow my simple programme and you will achieve astonishing results also you will feel & be healthy, as you would not be starving yourself as some people attend to do which I do not recommend. If you're intending to lose about three or six stones then I strongly recommend this amazing programme which has been tried and tested for unbelievable results. If you do decide to follow my programme plan then I congratulate you and wish you all the best but please try to stick to this programme and do not give in to temptation.

I am naming this programme the Severn day plan. Each day is broken into four parts which starts from Monday and ends Sunday, which can be repeated to achieve your desire.

Monday: morning two boiled eggs, to slices of brown bread with a low spreads (your choice) & a cup of tea also a glass of water. In the afternoon heat up a small can of beans and enjoy with a glass of pure orange juice. In the evening make your self a bowl of pester which you can use one of my recipes (recommended) also drink about two glass of water, also some fruit which I would recommend a pair or kiwi fruit. As a nightcap a glass of hot milk with digestive biscuits but just the milk on its own is fine.

Now you have completed the first day all you need to do is repeat & use the same recipes just changing your evening meal.

Tuesday: make a bowl of rice and serve it with a can of mackerkel.

Wednesday: boiled chicken serve with some salad

Thursday: mashed potato with a medium sized stake serve with a can of mixed vegetables.

Friday: lentil soup two or three bowls is fine.

Saturday: cauliflower with mashed potato

Sunday: spaghetti bolognese.

This is my recommended programme if you can keep to these guidelines you would achieve astonishing results. You can drink plenty of water or tea also you can use spices and herbs. But please try not to give in to temptation. Also you can mix up the menu days.
